Our Objectives

Leaf for Life

To establish a community farm that will provide quality produce for the community market and in the long term also the national market.

Create employment for those previously disadvantaged women from the impoverished community of St Albans. The project will in the initial stage reduce poverty among 40 individuals on an annual basis. This way we will create opportunities for leadership & highly productive teamwork amongst community members.

A means of creating long term sustainable income to support the many projects of the Al-Fidaa Foundation including the Skills Development Program. A Seamstress Entrepreneurship program is currently running at 29 Gedulds Rivier, St Albans. The Skills Development Program Beneficiaries are unemployed black females from the surrounding rural areas. This is to provide them with the skills and opportunity for financial independence and also increase their chances for employment. The target beneficiary base will be 100% Black.

Create public awareness to our green world by inviting learners from various schools and providing agricultural education on the importance of food sustainability.
